Review: 2. TNBS Symposium
At its second symposium on 16 May 2019, the research focus Translational Neuro- and Behavioural Sciences of the University Hospital Essen was once again broadly positioned: Participating institutes and clinics presented their overarching research topics from the fields of neuroanatomy, neuropathology, neurology, endocrinology and psychiatry. As guest speaker, Prof. Chadi Touma from the University of Osnabrück supplemented the scientific program with his lecture on translational research on the behavioral endocrinology of affective disorders. The successful concept will be continued in a planned third symposium, the speakers Univ.-Prof. Christoph Kleinschnitz and Univ.-Prof. Manfred Schedlowski already announced.
